KEIKO offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for unused items in original condition. Custom/personalized products cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days after approval). If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, email support@keiko.tv.

Email support@keiko.tv with your order number, the reason, and a photo of the item. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
